Stop Judging Me – I Have Kids!

Parenting can be a struggle for everyone at different times. On top of parenting kids with varying needs, many of us are navigating different roles: we are caring for our own parents, dealing with work stressors, and managing our mental and physical health. No wonder it can be overwhelming! This workshop is intended to build confidence in helping kids with big emotions “in the moment” and support parents to be gentler with themselves and their kids. Join us for this 1.5 hr workshop where we will learn the power of working with emotion.

Learning objectives:
1) To understand the negative impact of judging ourselves and our children.
2) To build confidence in helping kids with big emotions ‘in the moment.’
3) To influence motivation and behaviour through recognizing emotions.
