Karma Yoga class in honor of International Day of Yoga

Join Nicky Nock, co-founder of Nock Academy Yoga, in Stouffville for a complimentary Yoga class in honor of International Day of Yoga on June 21st.
This complimentary class will be a celebration of everything that Yoga embodies and is suitable of any level of Yogi.
No experience necessary.
This class will run In Person at Nock Academy Yoga, 10 Commercial Street, Stouffville and will also be streamed online so you can attend from anywhere.
Upon registration, you will be directed to book for either an In Person class (held at our studio in Stouffville) or a Virtual class streamed via Zoom.
All instructions will be sent via email, once booking is confirmed. Please note there are limited sports for the In Person Class.
