We have the privilege of welcoming Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Elizabeth Miller, to our PT’MOVEMENT wellness practice.
Dr. Miller completed her Doctor or Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Born and raised in Ballantrae Ontario, Dr. Miller is very excited to be able to provide care to her local community at PT’MOVEMENT. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition and her strong foundation in scientific research allows for a very thorough approach to your care.
Are you concerned about optimizing your immune health over the winter months?
Join Dr. Miller as she leads a discussion about improving your immune function. She will bring a new perspective about how mood, stress levels, gut microbiome, hormones, nutrient deficiencies and inflammation are interconnected to our immune health, and how we can address it.
Following the education and Q +A, guests will be led through a 30-minute movement experience with clinic owner and physiotherapist, Valerie Rolf von den Baumen. Utilizing techniques from the very unique, Bioginnastica® methodologies, guests will learn how to listen to their bodies and relax areas of tension, with this proven meditation for stress relief.
All guests will receive $50 off an initial naturopathic assessment with Dr. Miller, ND.
