Advance Care Planning involves having important conversations with our loved ones about wishes, values, and beliefs. Join us as we practice saying what is in our minds and in our hearts about our future health. We will explore conversation tools and play the game the Death Deck. Let’s get to know each other, and our loved ones, better! This session requires prior Advance Care Planning knowledge.
