Stouffville Village Vendor Application Form

Stouffville Village events are an opportunity to connect with the Stouffville community in an exciting festival atmosphere. Businesses located outside the Stouffville Village have an opportunity to participate through an application to the Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. Participants must meet town bylaw requirements, including those for food, fireworks etc. Application does not guarantee approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. Approved participants may set up a 10 foot x 10 foot tent (or comparable display) for a $50 fee (plus tax.)

All participants agree to maintain their street sale activities until the event ends.

Note:  Food Vendor applications will not be accepted after July 14. You will be required to submit the appropriate Public Health documentation.

All vendors will be required to provide a copy of general liability insurance within 10 business days after their vendor application has been accepted. The general liability insurance must name “The Whitchurch-Stouffville Chamber of Commerce” as an additional insured on the policy of up to $2,000,000.00 and must be valid on the event day of August 19, 2023. 

Applicants will be notified via email whether or not their application has been accepted. Fees are to be received prior to the event. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled due to COVID-related health requirements.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come basis. Those submitted less than three business days prior to the event will not be reviewed. Limited space is available.
