Holiday Hustle

Shop handmade for the holidays this November and support a great cause! Artisans will gather at 19 on the Park, Stouffville, for four days to share and sell their work during Latcham Art Centre’s annual Beyond Craft Show & Sale. The show & sale – which is returning for the first time since 2019 – is open to the public Thursday, November 24 to Sunday, November 27.

For the first time since its inception, Beyond Craft will be part of the Whitchurch-Stouffville Holiday Market, an event with entertainment for all ages, horse-drawn carriage rides, carolers, and holiday-inspired food and drink in the heart of historic downtown Stouffville.

Beyond Craft 2022 will feature high‐quality, handcrafted items by a selection of carefully juried artisans that will suit a variety of budgets and tastes. With one‐of-a‐kind ceramics, rustic home décor, mindfully crafted skincare, and delicious hand‐painted chocolate, Beyond Craft is the perfect place to find original gifts for everyone on your list or to find a little something for yourself. Make an evening of the opening night (Thursday, November 24, 6 ‐ 9 PM) and share the festive atmosphere with friends, chat with artisans, enjoy refreshments, and have an early look at a wide selection of unique items.

One of Beyond Craft’s returning artisans is Stouffville’s own Big Papa Hoovs, who creates rustic home décor from reclaimed barn board. Other favourites include artisans Creeggan Clay (pottery), Brook’s Delectable Chocolate (chocolate), and Metally Twisted Art (metal décor). The show will also feature talented artisans participating for the first time including Bad Excuse Designs (glassware) and Need the Heat (hot sauce).

Thursday, November 24: 6 PM to 9 PM – Opening Night

Friday, November 25: 10 AM to 9 PM

Saturday, November 26: 10 AM to 9 PM

Sunday, November 27: 10 AM to 4 PM
