Latcham Art Centre is excited about upcoming programs! Here are a few:

Latcham Saturdays (All Ages)
May 21 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Latcham Art Centre is proud to partner with the family of Catherine Anne Courtney to celebrate art and creativity with this exciting and inclusive drop-in program. It is an opportunity to learn, get creative, and connect with art through hands-on art activities!

Musical Expressions (Ages 12-16)
May 26 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Are you a music lover and an art lover? Explore the relationship between music and art in this exciting, creative workshop! Using paint and various songs as creative inspiration, participants will learn about the elements music and visual arts share such as harmony, rhythm, and repetition.

Youth Open Studio (Ages 12-16)
June 2 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Youth Open Studio provides youth an opportunity to join their peers, create a piece of art, or just come and work on something of their own. Each session features relevant projects that challenge participants to use materials they may not have used before, or use them in a different way.

Paint Night Inspired by Monet (Ages 18+)
June 9 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Monet is one of the most famous impressionist artists in history and for a good reason! His paintings are influenced by Japanese art and are a delight to see. Paint your own Monet inspired masterpiece with this step-by-step guided workshop. No experience is required! Join with friends or make new friends with this fun and social evening. Sparkling water and cookies will be provided!
